How do I make a purchase? Making a purchase could not be
easier. Just browse our Catalog, click on any items that you
wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on "Purchase" and you will be
asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the
order.
We accept PayPal and credit card payment in UK Pounds Sterling.
If you are shopping from North America, or anywhere else in the
world, place your order and your credit card company will
convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard over the Internet. We do not
charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items
are not charged until they are shipped.
How much does shipping and handling cost? Postage and
packing is charged based on the quantity of books ordered and
their destination. Books are shipped individually packaged, by
airmail outside the United Kingdom, and by first class post
within the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive? We process your
order right away. We normally send your order to you within 5
business days of receipt. Delivery time depends on destination,
but is typically 5-10 days.
My book is on Back Order... If your item is not in stock,
we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All orders are VAT free.
How safe is it to use my Credit Card with you? We know of
no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet.
Guarantee Faulty books, or books damaged in transit, will
be replaced on request.
